- Up to 3 practices a week (level dependent)
- 1 conditioning/fitness training a week
- Club jerseys, warm up shirt, sweatshirt
- Club Administration, Coaches Fees, Gym Rentals
- Volleyball Alberta Premiers/Competitive Membership
- Club Group Activities

Apex Locker Room
Our Directors and Coaches are looking forward to our Field Lacrosse Recruiting Trip (Bel Air, MD) for our High School Elite team and the start of volleyball tryouts for 13U,14U, 15U, 16U, 17U and18U Female. We would also like to welcome the addition of a 16U Male team and 15U Cochrane, AB Female team to our Volleyball Family!
